HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC OR AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN OR APPRENTICE

Key Accountabilities:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.
- Repair and service agricultural and industrial heavy equipment within   established time standards.
- Prepare accurate service and repair reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent customer relations.
- Undertake assignments as required in support of client needs.
- Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy     behaviours and objectives at all times.

Key Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Agricultural/Industrial Technician License, or   take on apprenticeship towards acheiving one.
- Must be able to read and understand prints, drawings and technical   bulletins.
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage often   changing and competing priorities.
- Must posess a valid class G driver's licence.
- Must posess/ or have the ability to posess a valid passport.   (Occationally required for training/ certification courses)
- Must be motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be punctual and have the ability to work without constant   supervision.
- Must have the flexability to occationally work past regular shift.
- Must be able to work a scheduled alternating Saturday shift.
- Previous experience preferred, else mechanical aptitude or exposure   to agricultural or industrial equipment will be an asset.
   This is a physically demanding position. Applicant must be able to   stand, bend, crouch, etc. and work outdoors for extended periods of  time.

PARTS & WARRANTY MANAGER

Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise and lead all aspects of the parts department.
- Provide accurate, courteous, and professional customer service by   providing quotes and processing parts orders via telephone,   electronic and over-the-counter sales.
- Maintain a balanced and accurate inventory in alignment with    internal inventory procedures.
- Collaborate with Service Manager to ensure effective processes    between the parts and service departments and strong    communication between the teams.
- Process, submit and pursue all warranty claims within the allowed  time period and in a timley manner.

Key Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to use/ learn basic computer programs.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must be motivated, have a strong work ethic.
- Must be punctual and work without constant supervision.
- Must posess a valid class G driver's licence.
- Must have the flexability to occationally work past regular shift.
- Must be able to work a scheduled alternating Saturday shift.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or exposure to agricultural or industrial   equipment parts will be a strong asset.
- Bilingualisim will be an asset.

ACCOUNTANT

Key Accountabilities:
- Accurately account for transactions in the general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and review working papers that support account balances, and investigation of any issues.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Analyze account and cost centre balances for reasonableness and consistency.
- Perform month-end and year end financial reporting analysis.
- Work closely with the manager and accounting staff to ensure efficient processing of accounts.

Key Qualifications:
- Relevant post secondary education (Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance).
- Three years relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Strong computer skills: Proficient use of the Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting program.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven time management, organization, prioritization and multi tasking skills.
- Ability to anticipate issues and recommend appropriate actions.
